Players Gifts are to be filled out by the Team Captain for the entire team- NO INDIVIDUAL ORDERS. 

Once your order is submitted, it will be sent directly to USTA SC for approval. 

Once confirmed, it will be forwarded to KDI Group for fulfillment. 

 

Please note: It is the end of the year and due to minimum order quantities, once items are out of stock they will not be reordered.  If you place an order and items are out of stock we reserve the right to replace it with an alternate item that is available.
